Sean M. Sandifer is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Sean Sandifer Law, PLLC and serves as Of Counsel to the firm. Sean’s practice focuses on civil litigation, business transactions, and real estate matters, representing businesses, entrepreneurs, property owners, and individuals throughout Florida and beyond. Sean also maintains an interest in public policy and constitutional law. Sean is licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, and Missouri and is admitted to practice before several courts of federal jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (pending), the United States District Courts for the Northern (pending), Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Immigration Court.
Originally from the Midwest, Sean earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, with High Honors, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before receiving his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, where Sean attended as an 1843 Scholar, a prestigious distinction inclusive of a full-tuition scholarship awarded in recognition of academic achievement and personal merit. During his law school years, Sean worked as a law clerk while also pursuing other entrepreneurial endeavors, which provided him with a unique perspective on the legal and practical challenges facing businesses and business owners. Sean’s business background enables him to bring an entrepreneurial perspective and practical business insight to every client matter.
In addition to his legal practice, Sean is a licensed Florida Realtor®️ and hosts The Sean Sandifer Show, a podcast featuring periodic discussions covering law, business, culture, and current events. Sean resides in St. Petersburg, where he maintains an active and social lifestyle.
